You can download Premium Antivirus Trial Version for one month validity like avira at https://www.avira.com/en/download/product/avira-antivirus-pro or  McAfee Total Protection Free Trial for 30 days validity at https://home.mcafee.com/root/landingpage.aspx?lpname=oc_stub_mtp and then Scan your Device . It will remove Ruvi.tv virus ads form your device.
